Clear Aligners (Sure Smile)
Clear Aligners are used to straighten teeth without metal brackets. The most popular brands include Invisalign and SureSmile®.
How do they work?
A digital impression and photos are taken and uploaded. A series of clear trays are made to help move the teeth into proper position. To accelerate this process, smoothing between teeth may be necessary. Also, attachments may be placed on teeth to assist in moving teeth quicker and more efficiently. At the end of treatment these attachments are removed. These attachments and the clear trays are barely visible.
