Same Day Crowns
What is a crown and what is the process?
A crown rebuilds a structurally compromised tooth back to its ideal shape, appearance, and function. Teeth with large fillings, teeth that are worn, and teeth that are broken should ideally be restored with a crown. Crowns usually take 2 appointments. Thankfully, we have digital technology that can do crowns in one visit. First a digital impression is completed with an intraoral scanner (no goopy impression material!). Then the crown is designed, milled, sintered, and polished. The whole crown appointment start to finish can occur in at little as 90 minutes, saving you time!
